www.ethics.org.au - redesign project

  • Initial template for a rebuild of www.ethics.org.au, website of St James Ethics Centre
  • Template designed and built by Simone Walsh - remainder of site still being built
  • Due to go live in July/August 2006
  • Site template still a work in progress
  • Site uses CSS layout with XHTML Transitionals
  • Fluid width layout with maximum width set (uses a hack to force max-width in Internet Explorer)
  • Working with a programmer to build an integrated user accounts system, more interactive areas (wiki, blogs, etc.) and a content management system to enable authorised Centre staff to undertake basic site updates

  • Site designed for a major contemporary jewellers and metalsmiths conference held in January 2006
